Dear Rossita, Hope this letter reaches you well. Please consider this as our written testimonial for your incredible services. At the start of 2019, we were interested in moving to a new area with a higher square footage. Through our experience in finding a place, we came across several realtors that did not meet our needs and were not a match. In early March, we contacted Rossita, who immediately was determined to help us find our new home. We had a very specific criteria which did not seem to fit the condos listed in the marketplace at the time. These requirements made finding our perfect place more difficult, however, Rossita was very helpful and consistently found places that were a good match. We looked at several properties and although they fit most of the requirements, Rossita understood just how important it was for us to find a place that met all of our needs. When I think of all the ways Rossita helped me in buying my house recently, the phrase that comes to mind is “integrated service”. What I mean is that she provided critical support every step of the way. The first step was finding a house that met our family's needs in terms of size, location, amenities and price. But when we found the house we had to bid against another buyer. We secured the purchase with only a small bid over the asking price. I was ready to go higher but Rossita had confidence in the package we had put together and thought the seller would bite. And she was right, saving me money in the bargain! Next she put me in touch with a mortgage lender who was able to arrange the financing on better terms than I could arrange through my own bank. After the financing was settled, she then referred me to a lawyer to draw up the legal documents for a very competitive price. Buying a house is the biggest investment I've ever made, like it is for most people. There are a lot of different balls in the air at the same time and they aren't easy to juggle at times. Rossita helped a lot in smoothing out the tough spots, the transitions between the different stages in the buying process. While the total package she offers isn't quite “one-stop shopping”, she certainly does provide serious value added as a real estate agent. I was aware that an assignment sale is more complicated than a regular one. The agents that I talked with want to charge me more commission because of the complexity of the transactions. Another disadvantage is that the pool of buyers is much smaller for an assignment sale which could result in the sale taking a longer time. Rossita made it easier for me – she was able to find a buyer in such a short time and charged less commission. She worked well with my lawyer and the builder, making the transaction hassle-free.
